The U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate passed a Continuing Resolution last night that extends the current sunset date for the EB-5 Regional Center Program through January 19, 2018 which, as we made you aware of earlier this month, was due to expire at midnight EST tonight.
GreenAccess is keeping a close watch on the congressional offices working on EB-5 extension and reform legislation. We are hopeful that action will occur prior to the new sunset date in January. As always, we will keep you informed of any developments as soon as they occur.
